~~FYI~~
To yell one’s guts out simply means to yell loud and long or to complain bitterly and loudly.

Situation 1: Bill and Phil are talking about basketball.

Bill: It was a close fight! My team could have won if only one of the players had thrown a 3-point shot!

Phil: Well, you can't beat my team! My team's players are all strong and fast. Not only that! They're also
efficient when it comes to their defense and offense.
Bill: My team is also good! Maybe they're just not in the right condition now.
Phil: (laughing) You're full of excuses! But I should say it's a nice game.
I was yelling my gut's out a while ago!
Bill: Me too. I got really carried away from the game's tension.
Phil: Let's watch their next game!
    Bill: I'll definitely watch again!

Situation 2: Nicki and Diane had lunch together.

Nicki: Hey Diane! I should say that you have a good taste in choosing a restaurant.
The food tastes good, the service is satisfactory and the ambiance is really relaxing!
Diane: Thank you! I'm happy that you liked it here.
I don't want to go back to that old restaurant we ate in before.
    Nicki: Why?
Diane: The food was not good, the service was unsatisfactory and the floor was so dirty!
The whole place is a mess!
Nicki: That's awful! Did you tell it to the manager? Did they apologize to you?   Diane: Yes, I told him.
But instead of apologizing, he argued with us and yelled his gut's out about our comments!
Nicki: That's so rude of him. I definitely won't eat there again!
    Diane: I sure won't.
