”tickle me pink”というのは嬉しい時に使われる表現です。
＾＾つまり 『大喜び』・『わーい』・『やったぁ～』を意味しているフレーズですね。＾＾

"To be tickled pink" means to be very pleased or delighted.
（＾０＾） (It's a funny phrase that probably refers to the color we turn when laughing.) （＾０＾）
Situation: Tony is going to give Sam a surprise birthday party.

Tony: Hey Sam! Where are you?
Sam: I'm on my way home. Why?
Tony: I'll meet you at your house. I have something to show you.
Sam: Ok. See you at ten.
After 10 minutes Sam arrives at his house. He opens the door.
