"Do you have the time?"です。
"Do you have the time?" と いうのは
日本語で 『今、何時ですか』と言います。
もしくは"What time is it now?"です。
さらに、『時間ありますか？』の意味もあります。
では、"Do you have the time?"を使ってみましょう。

Situation 2: I got too busy with work and someone offered to help me.
